How to WORK SMART AND SUCCEED in the New Year (2020)

We are very close to saying a Goodbye to the year 2019 and Welcome 2020 with new Hopes, new Dreams, new Goals, and many of us with 'new' New Year Resolutions.
But the bitter truth is that Most people do not stick to these resolutions for even a week. Very Few are able to stick and make their goals and dreams a reality.

WHY DO PEOPLE FAIL?

In reality, what you want to do or achieve, or how big it is, is Not the Problem. Lack of Motivation is also Not the Cause. But merely not knowing How To Work Smart is the reason why most people Fail to keep up with their resolutions and achieve their Goals.

HOW TO WORK SMART THEN?

Here are some ways to Work Smart and Achieve your Goals easily, effortlessly, and quickly.
  1. Clarity of Outcome: Be very clear about  'what exactly do you want to accomplish?'.
  2. Do a SWOT Analysis before you begin. (Google it, if need be).
  3. Planning: Plan your course of action.
  4. Priortize: Know your priorities and work accordingly.
  5. Break up your main Goal into smaller weekly or monthly goals.
  6. Follow the 80-20 Rule.
  7. Discover what you love to do and how can it help you in achieving your goals. Make It Fun.
  8. Be Patient. Rome wasn't built in a day. Great things take time.
  9. Expect Failures and Distractions on the way. And devise a System to know you have digressed.
  10. Take the help of a Coach.

GO AND MAKE 2020 YOUR BEST YEAR YET.

MUCH LOVE. HAPPY NEW YEAR.

  1. It is simply superb Dr. Sulabh. People don't fail because of lack of motivation but because they do not analyse how far and how difficult is the route to their destination, not carrying out s SWOT analysis, failing to do a course correction enroute and breaking the journey to success into smaller parts, resting a while to recoup and restart with redoubled vigour and stronger dedication. A life coach can help you do just that. Keep Growing.

How To Be HAPPY NOW

How To Be HAPPY NOW If you have ever seen a new born baby closely, You would have noticed that they smile and giggle without any cause while sleeping. I noticed it a few years back, when my sister was blessed with a baby boy (Sahas). It was so amazing to see him for the first time. As I was watching him sleeping peacefully, wrapped warmly in a soft and cozy blanket, he suddenly started smiling and giggling, while still sleeping. It was an amazing experience. While I watched him, I wondered, what is it that he is Happy about?, what is making him laugh?, what could be the reason for his Happiness? It made me think that, Do we really need some reason to Be Happy ? As children, we live happily, enjoying the little moments and joys of life. We are Happy running around, dancing to our own tunes and playing the street games etc. But, as we grow up, we are supposed to get "serious" and act "responsibly". It is here that we start loosi...

A MISSED TRAIN

A few days ago, I was at the Railway Station to see off my wife, she was traveling to Kushinagar (Gorakhpur) to attend the wedding of a friend. It was time for the train to depart, so I stepped down the train asking her to take care and enjoy herself. As I was waving her a good bye, I heared some voices "STOP!! PLEASE STOP!!" As I looked to my left, I saw a couple carrying their luggage and a baby, running to catch the train, which was now moving. They asked the guard to stop the train but it was too late and the train left the station. They stood there completely distraught, the agony on their face was clearly visible. Had they been a minute earlier, they could have comfortably caught the train. Some people on the platform came to them and started consoling the couple. Some were saying "The guard should have stopped the train", while others said "they don't care about the passengers". I also went ahead and said "It's (the train) gone n...
